Hello to my fellow DIYers and welcome to my page! I’m Velisa and I am excited about the journey you are about to take with me. Just to give you an idea of who you are about to share your world with. My passion is just about anything DIY. It wasn’t until I hit my 50’s, that I truly felt like I had finally come into my own. It’s an exciting time to be me! I find myself waking each day, brain on fire, with all the possible projects that I can do. Rain or shine, I’m moving from sunup to sundown. Many may find that totally unimageable and downright draining, but it’s what fuels me and keeps my cup running over because I am truly doing it for the pure enjoyment, and it never feels like work. I’m going for everything of intrinsic value life has to offer. As a tried and true DIYer, I drive my family crazy with my “there is no sky, so there is no limit” mindset. I’m all about pushing and getting it done and can admittedly wear others out. I pride myself in being in what I call my “fearless after 50” realm.
